Fall School Days Off Programs

Spend your days off from school outside with The New Ag School! This October, students are invited to join us for two unique days of hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and a firsthand look at agriculture right here in Loudoun County.

Choose one day or join us for both. Each day offers a different farm experience, and parents are welcome to attend alongside their student at no additional cost.

Thursday, October 29 | Brookfield Dairy

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Leesburg, VA

Get an up-close look at a working Loudoun County dairy farm and get hands-on with some of its youngest residents!

Students will have the chance to help feed and care for baby calves, meet the animals, learn where their milk comes from, and discover what goes into caring for cattle and operating a local dairy farm.

Friday, October 30 | Spring House Farm

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Leesburg, VA

Dig into regenerative agriculture at Spring House Farm and discover how what happens on the farm connects all the way back to the food on our plates.

Students will explore how different farming practices affect the land through a hands-on soil comparison, learn about regenerative approaches to raising livestock, and put their taste buds to the test with a beef taste test.

Each Fall School Day Off program is a standalone experience, so students can attend whichever day interests them most or join us for both.

Space is limited and advance registration is required.
