  • We have 20 spots available and vendors must be approved. Since the mission of the
    New Ag School is to promote rural businesses operating in Loudoun County, we
    seek to select vendors that provide products from Loudoun County farms.

  • We will accept a small number of non-farm or non-county products on a variable
    basis.

  • We are now accepting applications.

  • Please complete the application below and choose the weeks you plan to attend

  • In case of inclement weather, you will be given a credit for another week.

  • The country market provides music, a food and dessert truck, and of course GREAT
    SHOPPING! This year we have also engaged the help of Agricair- a digital marketing
    group who will help us “market the market” on all social media platforms.

  • The vendor area is located in a field, so you will be able to drive your car/truck into your spot and keep it there. Set up time is at 10 am.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless prior arrangements are made with the Marketing Manager. We are more than happy to work with you to transfer fees to a future market in case of illness, emergency etc. but do require appropriate communication. Each instance will be determined on a case by case basis, the time in which communication happens, and if there is a chance that someone else can take the spot as spaces are limited.

  • If chosen to participate, participants will need to share the market on their social media platforms at least twice before the market happens to help with turn out. *If you have Facebook business page please like and follow The New Ag School Country Market at Fabbioli so your business can be tagged when promoting you on the months you've been accepted to.

Fabbioli will not be providing any tents, tables, or chairs. Will you bring your own?

  • If you are bringing a tent weights are required. How will you be securing your tent?

  • *if you're not bringing a tent please put N/A (tents/canopies are greatly encouraged as this is an outdoor event)

  • Vendor conduct agreement: Inappropriate behavior of any sort will result in removal and banning from future markets. Inappropriate behavior, which includes-but is not limited to;

  • -Harassment of other vendors, customers, or staff

  • -Failing to comply with event and venue rules for conduct or instructions

​Vendor Authorization and Indemnification

  • By participating in this market you agree to hold harmless New Ag School, Fabbioli Cellars and Loudoun Country Market employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives against any and all claims, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever to persons or property incurred as a result of the actions of the participating Vendor, including, but not limited to, the Vendor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, and/or use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof, at the Loudoun Country Market. Vendor hereby agrees that any damage to the property of the Fabbioli Cellars, and any related equipment or property, due to the actions of the Vendor will result in a financial obligation of the Vendor to the Fabbioli Cellars to replace, repair or otherwise correct such damage. Vendor hereby agrees that Vendor will be responsible for all persons and entities acting on the Vendor’s behalf for any matter pertaining to the Loudoun Country Market and vendor will hold all such persons and entities to all the rules specified herein as well as any rules provided to vendor prior to and/or during the Loudoun Country Market.
