About the Program

A no-nonsense, real-world program, it quickly teaches your staff what they need to know to:

  • Provide great guest experiences with more repeats & fewer complaints

Why Participate?

  • Without question, better trained tasting room staff produce better results for participating wineries. Your participation also benefits the Virginia wine industry as a whole.

  • The program was developed and supported by Virginia Wine because better educated staff across the industry will help Virginia become a world-class wine region and top destination for wine lovers.

New Ag School Offer

  • The program is available online, so staff members can take it themselves, giving you access to monitor progress and completion.

  • While the regular price of the program is $260 per employee for Virginia Wineries Association members, the New Ag School is offering a special price of $49 per month for a one-year subscription that can be used to train an unlimited number of your employees. 

  • This offer is good for Association members who sign up by December 31, 2022.
